Reliance Digital launches quad core smartphone for Rs 12,999
The handset called Reconnect comes with a 4.7 inch display and has decent features.
Reliance Digital has launched an Android smartphone, named as Reconnect, with quad core processor and 4.7 inch screen for Rs 12,999. Reliance Digital deals with consumer electronics and is a part of Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries (RIL) which is set to launch 4G services through its Reliance Jio venture.
The Reliance Reconnect RPSPE4701 has a 4.7 inch IPS display with high definition resolution. It comes with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system, a 1.3 GHz quad core processor of unspecified maker, and 1 GB DDR3 RAM. The smartphone has decent 8 GB internal storage and an expandable storage slot that can accommodate a micro SD card of up to 32 GB.
The Reconnect has a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front camera. There is an LED flash in its back panel as well. This dual SIM smartphone comes with 3G connectivity, WiFi, and Bluetooth. It has a 2000 mAh Li-Ion battery that claims to offer 8-10 hours of back up.
It comes in black and white colours and comes with one warranty.
